Dr. Sindhura Saini, M.D.

Co-Founder & Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Sindhura Saini, M.D. is the Co-Founder and Chief Medical Officer of With. Driven by both personal and professional experiences over the years, Dr. Saini created With to bring greater accessibility and more approachability to patients through IOPs. Hence, With was born, providing high-quality and incredibly skillful care, but in a more personal and compassionate way.

Dr. Saini is a board-certified psychiatrist who specializes in anxiety disorders and depression. She received her training under the Cleveland Clinic Health System through the Akron General System. Upon completion, she moved to St. Louis where she began her practice, and eventually became the Medical Director of a large, regional psychiatric institute that employed over 70 mental health professionals. In 2023, she transitioned back to private practice and began building With.
